CROSSFIT Ventura

Our workouts include olympic weightlifting, strength training, interval training, cardio conditioning, mobility, and gymnastic movements.  The program is designed to take athletes at any level and increase their fitness, strength, longevity, and body composition.  The workouts are supervised by coaches and performed in a supportive group environment surrounded by a family addicted to progress and always moving forward.

A typical class will start with a coach led warmup, a movement specific warmup to prepare for the workout, and a 20-30 minute high intensity workout concluding with a cool down and some mobility work.
